Service offer and booking process
- Point your customer who has an issued air ticket to www.trawys.com
- The customer enters their last name and booking code.
- Trawys retrieves information from the booking and offers available services.
- The customer selects the services they're interested in.
- The customer enters their basic information and their credit card details.
- Trawys books the services and issues an EMD.
Payment
The only payment method is credit card. The credit card is entered to Galileo (just for the ancillary services, this doesn't affect payment for the air ticket).
EMD issuance
An EMD is automatically issued for confirmed services, and the credit card is used for payment as a part of the issuance transaction. Both the customer and the agency receive a confirmation email.
Tax documents
Trawys currently does not issue tax documents, it only sends confirmations for booked services. The tax document must be sent by the agency.
